[horde] PHP error: implode()

I'm periodically seeing syslog errors of the form: "HORDE: PHP ERROR:
implode(): Invalid arguments passed [pid 24894 on line 1360 of
"/usr/share/pear/Horde/ActiveSync/State/Sql.php"]"

Pear reports that the installed Horde_ActiveSync version is 2.39.0; I
see that 2.39.1 is available.

I couldn't find any reference to this error in the mailing list
archive.  Should I simply upgrade, or is there other investigative
work to be done?
