You can test linotp.org
With a mod (compiled  
https://github.com/lsexperts/mod_authn_linotp/zipball/master) in  
apache in the vhost horde, with TOTP work like a charm:

First login (apache basic linotp) —> user and totp key
Second login —> horde login
