[horde] Prepend forwarded messages with the ">" sign

Can't agree. I just checked.

Thunderbird doesn't. Outlook doesn't. IMP doesn't. Gmail doesn't. They
all prepend indention signs when REPLYing but not when FORWARDing or
SEND AS NEW.
