[horde] horde-git-tools dev install output

Hallo,

I have two issues when running ./horde-git-tools dev install, whether
from the command line or a cronjob.

1.  the output somehow locks stdout (it looks as if I would run the
command and pipe it to less, but I have not), this means if running it
from the command line, I have to (scroll to the end and) press q to
exit and return to the prompt.  If running it from a cronjob, this
output is not captured in log file...

./horde-git-tools/bin/horde-git-tools git pull  1>&2 >> git.pull.log

2.  there are number of WARN notices
