[horde] Troubles with version check

Sorry, I did something wrong with my horde installation on my server.

My attempts to repair something led to the result that Horde stopped working

After that I restored two folders from my backup using rsync:

/srv/www/htdocs/horde/*
/usr/share/php7/PEAR/*

Now Horde works again but the version check on the admin page shows, 
that there exist newer versions of certain packages. If I try to upgrade 
one of theese packages I get the answer e.g:

pear upgrade horde/kronolith
Nothing to upgrade

How can I repail this?
Please help.
