[horde] Keyboard shortcuts in dynamic mode

Hi,

Using Horde v5.2.22, are keyboard shortcuts only available in basic mode 
and not in dynamic mode?

I have them working in basic mode but can't find any documentation how 
to use/enable them in dynamic mode.
