[horde] trouble with prefs

my statement was wrong. Horde3 does write impPrefs:signature as base64 encoded data.
But it looks loke this settig is nor really used in favor of hordePrefs:identities

Also my plan to eliminate my issue by a hook seem to work at a first try.

I'll summarize my findings later..
