[horde] ActiveSync problem on Fedora

Hello all,

About a week ago  ActiveSync stopped working on my Horde installation.

I am using a fully up-to-date Horde Groupware Webmail Edition 5.2.22  
on Fedora 34 and php-7.4.27.

The relevant error I see:
Undefined index: path [pid 260179 on line 38 of  
"/usr/share/pear/Horde/Core/Factory/ActiveSyncServer.php"]

Thinking that this might be caused by a recent version change of php,  
I downgraded php to version 7.4.16, to no avail.

Any thoughts?
