[horde] Horde groupware red hat 8.4

Hi all, 
Thanks in advance for accept my subscription. This is my first message to the list, and sorry for my English. 
I would like to know if is an inconvenience to install horde and others products (ingo, imp, kronolith…) into a redhat 8 server. 
When I try to do “pear channel-discover pear.horde.org” i receive a 403 error. I connect to 80 and 443 port.
Is there any manual to install groupware in red hat 8?
