I have now imported enough dependencies to make the horde base app  
install with a composer oneliner. No testing at all.
I will target php 8.2 with manual tests and then there is a bunch of  
chores. This is marked alpha and not for general consumption. I also  
need to create automated tests for basic sanity.


Install the latest tagged releases from horde repos:

composer create-project horde/bundle .

This is my starting point for further tests.
