[horde] three issues with Horde 6

It is possible some prior patches are not there. Maybe just try to test
with the current FRAMEWORK_6_0 branch.

If it still does not work with the FRAMEWORK_6_0, please provide error logs
(check console in the browser too) or open a new issue.
