[horde] Horde 6 - web/index.php config detection broken

  This "error" has already been reported. It should not be
catastrophic to the install, it's just a migration message. They are
working on cleaning that up.

$ git clone https://github.com/horde/bundle.git horde
$ cd horde
$ composer install

You will get theat ci-bootstrap message at the end, but it appears
benign to me and you can continue.

$ composer require horde/imp
$ composer require horde/turba
$ composer require horde/kronolith
...etc...
