[horde] Horde 6 - web/index.php config detection broken

When I do

    git clonehttps://github.com/horde/bundle.git horde

I get an error. This error is there for almost a week or so.

       - Installing horde/hordectl (v1.0.0beta2): Extracting archive
       - Installing horde/routes (v3.0.0beta1): Extracting archive
      61/88 [===================>--------]  69%    Skipped installation of bin bin/ci-bootstrap.sh for package horde/version: name conflicts with an existing file

Four days ago Ralph Lang promised to publish new instructions. I don't 
know how big his garden is, but maybe he got lost while looking for the 
Easter eggs. Maybe the developers are also a little tired from all the 
work they've done.
