[horde] Install issues with Horde 6 RC5

Hi all,

I'm trying to install Horde 6. I've followed all the instructions at https://wiki.horde.org/Doc/Dev/H6/Installation/. I used the composer method to install. I've gone through the process an number of times with the same result.

I get a fully functioning first page, but then under Adminstration -> Configuration I get:

/Cannot create Horde\Core\Uri\UriBuilderInterface Root cause: Registry configuration incomplete. Missing required keys for active apps: content: webroot, fileroot, jsuri, themesuri; timeobjects: webroot, fileroot, jsuri, themesuri. Run "composer horde:reconfigure" to generate missing values./


I can provide pastebins or inline the errors, but this seems like it should be pretty basic. I've made sure to use compatible versions, Composer 2.4.4 and PHP 8.2, though I've tried other versions too. I'm on Apache via php-fpm, but I've also tried via FCGI. Composer shows no errors (running as www-data) for either bundle composition or the 'composer horde:reconfigure'. I notice that some of the files which are required writable have not been brought into existence by the composer commands.
