[horde] Install issues with Horde 6 RC5

  In testing the base install, one needs two modules to get to the
admin screen when doing a clean install.

  horde/timeobjects
horde/content

So...adding those two provided me enough to get to the admin screens
on a clean install.

$ sudo -u www-data composer require horde/timeobjects
$ sudo -u www-data composer require horde/content

That is without any other core modules. Turbo will, for example, add
the horde/content. I'm not sure if/which core app might install
horde/timeobjects.
