[i18n] German Translation of modules

Hi!

I'd like to contribute to the Horde-Project, especially to the SORK-Modules. But I can, of course, translate other modules as well. Right now, I can provide a german translation of "Vacation"- and "gollem"-Helptexts. "Passwd" is to follow these days.
As a newbie to this stuff, I'd like to know where I can send my files to, so they'll make it perhaps into a new release.

Any comments and URLs etc. are appreciated.
