[i18n] Solaris 8 + local

I did it...

I had to download GNU gettext 0.10.37 and compile it... I didn't manage to
install it from "Solaris Package" format... ¿?

Then I could finally recompile .po files just doing "make"... before, I had
errors running "msgcomm" part of makefile.

	Try searching this' or Horde's list archive. There were some posts
on newer
	Solaris versions. You need some other packages than in 2.6.

	It also depends on the gettext version you have. Do you have the GNU
one or
	Solaris' own?
