[i18n] Solaris 8 + local

Then I don't understand anything... XD

Makefile worked for me the moment I installed GNU gettext... Before, I
couldn't use it because I got "msgcomm" errors... ¿? Maybe I've installed
complet Sun Solaris gettext instead of GNU one... But I don't think so... or
README is laying me when it begins "This is the GNU gettext package"... ;)

Bye!

The Makefile works on Solaris only if you have the Solaris gettext
installed, not with the GNU gettext.

	You have several options now:
	Install the Solaris gettext package,
	compile the translations manually or
upgrade GNU gettext to the latest version from CVS and use
translation.php
	(http://cvs.horde.org/co.php/horde/po/translation.php) to compile
your
	translations.
