So I am, as I am not sure that bugzilla is where I should be sending this

Domains I administer are hosted on a server which uses Horde. I am advised
by a friend 
who uses webmail while travelling that...

When composing a new message or replying to a message, the first 
box at the top and at the bottom of the page reads "Send Message".

This is translated in the equivalent Japanese language page by using 9
characters. The 
first two characters read "Send Message". By omitting the next 7 characters
will fix 
the error.

I have attached a word document of the Japanese that should be used 
for "Send Message".
