[i18n] Updated Horde HEAD translation

updated Horde HEAD (cvs) translation is available:

p.s. can anybody tell me what the "Lavender" string means? I suppose
it's some new project/application of Horde framework, but didn't find it
on the www.horde.org/projects.html.
