[i18n] translation on help files?

Hello there,
Is there any procedure do update the help files for all horde applications? (I liked the msgmerge thing)
The help file in portuguese does not exist (horde framework).
Is that simple just translate whatever you got in english, following the structure? (I did it for imp, and worked!)
