[i18n] List is back

Hi,

as you may or may not have noticed, the list has been down for a while due
to some yet to be analyzed technical problems.

Unfortunately all mail sent to this list since July the 8th have been lost,
so please resend any questions or translations sent during this period.

As a quick workaround to keep these problems from reappearing, the list
digests have been disabled for now.

A big thank you goes to Jon who fixed the problems in his very little spare
time.
