Hi Jan,

I have installed last version of IMP and Horde, generated russian locales,
turned off default charset in Apache and PHP, but it still does not work. :(

See webmail.undernet.cz (login: test at undernet.cz  and passwd: testman  with
selected Russian (Windows)) ...

I have asked my friend who has similar server configuration and his IMP
works properly (without any system. gen. locales etc.).
