[i18n] tr_TR translations?

Hello all,

At Middle East Technical University (Ankara) we are planning to
use horde/imp to give webmail service. 2 weeks ago a team from
Istanbul Technical University have submitted some tr_TR translations
for horde/turba/kronolith/mnemo/nag. But there were some problems about
Access Keys. I sent an e-mail to them and ask if they were plannig to
translate IPM also, but no reply.

May be someone on this list knows the last situation on Turkish translation.
