[i18n] Force for displaying direction of folder names

Hello

There is a patch for displaying folders names in IMP in left direction
(in both ltr and rtl), because the name of folders always are english
words.

We forced to displaying this names just with using <span dir="ltr">
 any other attempt don't work in this case.
