[i18n] hebrew translation

After looking around on this list archive - it seems that some people
wanted to do the translation but never finished it...

(plz update if I'm wrong.)

So I wish now to start translating, I read the docs and started to
translate - and it's working fine.

now, some questions:

I'm using the following versions:

   Horde: 3.1-cvs
   Imp: 4.1-cvs
   Kronolith: 2.1-cvs
   Turba: 2.1-cvs

is it smart to translate these versions or I should get latest cvs (or
latest stable version) ?

I've gettext-0.11.4 - so I get warnings while running the translation
script, am I really loosing strings ?

Hebrew (like arabic) is a RTL language, I'de found on arabic translation
that the body tag has a style of rtl, where is this defined ??
