I've fixed some _(' instead of _(" in that file, but I'm not sure 
enough of the meaning of Subject in that context to change the labels. 
Michael, can you look at this?

I changed the parameter names, perhaps that will help? Other problems 
with the moon block should get a ticket on bugs.horde.org, it sounds 
like.
