[i18n] problems with Lavian translation...

Hi List!
Are there any other ways to compile .po files?
I am using openbsd and has no luck in getting msgattrib ....

# php ./translation.php init -l lv_LV.po

Horde translation generator
---------------------------
Loading libraries...
Console_Getopt... OK
Console_Table... OK
File_Find... OK

Searching gettext binaries...
gettext... found: /usr/local/bin/gettext
msgattrib... not found

Im interested to translate some content...
