[i18n] pt_PT updated translations (solved)

The translations problems i reported are solved.

It was a simple lame error. I was using diferent charsets (iso-8859-15 and
iso-8859) in diferent modules, which were getting the translation.php script
completely confused, and therefore getting a messed up compendium under
utf-8 charset.

I moved everything to iso-8859-15 (western europeen languages with euro),
which is the correct charset for pt_PT, and the remaining untranslated lines
got translated.

I'll move to the CVS ASAP.
