[i18n] Changes to .po files not showing in interface

I forget to precise that you have to edit the .po file under a utf8  
terminal with vim (for instance).
How to check the terminal is utf8 :
Run xxd command and type the caractère "é" then Ctrl_d to get out. If  
you see 0000000: c3a9 0a it means your terminal is utf8.
