Ok here the info for my setup:

IMAP-server
===========
Hardware:
	Sun Fire 280
	2 x 750 MHz UltraSparc III
	4 GB RAM
	2 x 36 GB mirrored system disk
	1 X 490 GB external RAID 5
	1 x 100 MBit fullduplex NIC

Software:
	Solaris 8
	cyrus-imapd 2.0.16
	sendmail 8.12.6 + amavisd-new with milter

Webmail-server
==============
Hardware:
	Sun Fire 280
	2 x 900 MHz UltraSparc III
	4 GB RAM
	2 x 70 GB mirrored system disk
	1 x 100 MBit fullduplex NIC

Software:
	Solaris 8
	apache-1.3.27
	mod_ssl-2.8.11-1.3.27
	c-client from imap2002.RC6
	PHP-4.2.3
	php_accelerator-1.3.3r1
	mysql-max-3.23.52 with innodb
	imapproxy cvs (10/23/02) (plaintext auth only)
	Horde cvs HEAD
	IMP cvs HEAD

performance: IMP works up to 2 times slower, when it uses the imapproxy.

If other info is required please let me know.
