[imapproxy] ipmapproxy and redhat 7.3

If you run as root and don't modify the code  or don't define the really 
long constant that controsl the root chack the program exits.  It isn't 
just a warning it is an exit message.

Check out the main() routine.

The version I tried falt failed under any significant load (> 60 active 
connections), it looked like a memory leak.  We are now using an 
imap-proxy from university of pittsburgh which is more configurable and 
is working great.
