Releasing SysV semaphore id 4 key

hi ,
I just installed and start using imp
program versions are as follows.
I can log in to program and see my messages. But 
when I click to Compose, it seems to appear, unfortunately disappear. 
When I click to other links I am logged out of IMP program.
I doesnt make sense to me. 
test.php3 file says that everything is okay. 
If somebody can help me about this problem that I have encountered, I will be so glad.
