[imp] Common: "page not found" error

All my users (9500) user IE 5.5 with IMP 2.2.x (from CVS) and the only time
this error was reported is when I messed up settings.  You should turn off
the "friendly" web server errors in Internet Options and get the actual
message the web server is sending you, it's much more helpful.  Also, double
check ALL your settings, and paths, something, somewhere is wrong.
