[imp] Cyrus and IMP IMAP folders

As several people have said, many people use IMP successfully with cyrus. What
did you enter in the Folder Prefix: field on the demo? For cyrus, you should
leave it blank.

Actually, "normal" is a toss-up; I can think of about as many IMAP servers that
use a cyrus-like folder structure as those that don't (and some of them go by
local users).

i'd recommend courier-imap server from http://www.inter7.com/courierimap/
one can authenticate traditional way, with mysql database or ldap.
this imap server is dedicated for qmail and maildirs (it won't work with
mailboxes). it's fast. it's secure. it's what should be used on a qmail box.
