    Rather than editing the source to take out the icons, this *may* be an
easier solution:

    Create a 1x1 pixel clear image file.  Dump it in the graphics directory and
_symlink_ all the images to that one.  That way whenever IMP calls for an image,
it'll just be blank, and you won't have to deal with broken images.
