[imp] Performance

Since the last email I sent regarding performance, we have decided to use an
Ultra-4 with 1 Gig memory to serve IMP.  Previously it was on a Netfinity
server with 1 500Mhz CPU and 128MB memory. This was our test machine, and we
probably shouldn't have used it for production. Now I wonder if I should
continue to use the Netfinity to serve the database and just serve Apache
from the Sun.

Any feedback?
