2 IMPs with 1 postgres

To test new version and now because I am having problems, I have 2
different server with IMP using only 1 postgresql 7.0.2 server. Both IMP
use the same database-tables. Can this case troubles ? Should I have 1
active_sessions for each IMP?

The problem I found is that the second IMP sessions dies suddenly. For
example, when clics compose or while you compose, so when you clic send,
the mail is dropped and you are send back to the login window.
