Sorry, I just cleaned things up a bit on FTP; horde-1.2.3-1.README is the
one you want for 1.2.3/2.2.3. Also I put the apache-1.3.14 from Red Hat
out there, which you'll want due to security bugs in 1.3.12.

...and get php-3.0.17-1.6.2horde1 and friends for the same reason
(security). Now:

Can I assume from what you wrote that you want the MySQL server and the
Apache/PHP/IMP server to be on the same machine? If so, it's odd that
MySQL thinks you're connecting from "sharayu.ncst.ernet.in" and not
"localhost". Did you change the database host setting in
horde/phplib/local.inc or imp/config/defaults.php3? It should be
"localhost" if you want it to be all the same machine.

(The RPMs set up MySQL to allow connections from user "hordemgr" from host
"localhost".)

...and these are caused by the first error.
