[imp] Problems to install imp 2.2.3 with php 3.0.17

If we're going to be able to help you, you'll have to give us the exact
error messages.  Probably you're cd'ed to the wrong level, and you need to
set your -pN argument to patch differently.

Save the above two patches to "patch1" and "patch2" respectively; then:

# cd php-3.0.17
# patch -p1 <patch1
# patch -p0 <patch2

Unfortunately the two patches were created with different prefixes, thus
the different -pN arguments required.
