logout on any activity

Ok, so I put back the horde phplib, and copied my working 
local.inc to it.

I then was missing:
auth.inc
user.inc
perm.inc
Which, I copied over.

I think the problem is going to be with session.inc.  It didn't work at 
all at first, horde verision conflicting with writing out headers.  After 
putting the 7.2c phplib version of session.inc, I could get in, move 
around, send an email.  

Everything appears ok, except when I log out, the upper left 2 
boxes get session.inc errors.

If this is the extent of the errors, I'll live with em until 2.4 is released 
:)
