[imp] Secure Compose "Navigation Cancelled" when I answer NO to the popup 'Secure and nonsecure

I tested it on Netscpape 4.72, and it doesn't notify me that the Compose
popup window contains both secure and non-secure intems. So there was no
Navigation Canceled in the left hand frame.
