$user is not an object in page.inc on line 68

Hi,

after a fresh install from imp2.2.3 with php3 and horde-1.2.3
I get the following error:

Warning: $user is not an object in page.inc on line 68

My MySql-DB-Setup seems to be ok. (I can connect with: mysql -uhordemgr -p
horde)

Have you a hint fore me?
