[imp] REPOST: [imp] Horde Always "configurable" even after se cure.sh

Does the file "horde.php3" exist in the "horde/config" directory? If not,
that would flag the configurable error.

Did you change the action in both lib/mimetypes.lib and in config/mime.php3? 
Changing it to "default" should absolutely fix things, even without the update 
I made.

This just means that your browser sent invalid data.
