I found out that if you have the upload_tmp_dir statement in the php.ini
commented
out it doesn't default to /tmp and creates problems... It needs to be
uncommented
at least to work.

Subject: [imp] IMP 2.2.3 and File Attachment Problem

I am running Stronghold 3.0 Server (apache 1.3.14), i have PHP4.0.3pl1
compiled
into apache as a module and it has built in PHP Session support. I am using
IMP 2.2.3 and every time I try to attach a message to my e-mail it gives me
an error message:

Warning: Unable to open '/tmp/phpOB3579' for reading: No such file or
directory in /usr/home/webmaster/arosnet/members/horde2/imp/compose.php3 on
line 910

I am not sure if this is a phplib problem or something. I can't figure out
why it
is having problems.. Anyone with ideas?
