Chris,

I was curious to see the error message, so I fired up IE
5.00.3103.1000 (SP1) on Win2k, and went to webmail.tulane.edu.

It came up fine for me, locked and all. I checked my settings, and
I'm running 56bit encryption, with BOTH SSL 2.0 and 3.0 enabled...

Are you running into the problem on IE5.5?
