[imp] page_open problem

Ok, I change the permissions on horde/test.php3 so you can run it.....
secure.sh makes it unreadable.

so from the test.php3 page I get these 2 disturbing comments....
PHPLIB (is page_open() defined): No
magic_quotes_gpc set to Off: No

although I know positively 100% that magic_quotes_gpc = Off in
/etc/httpd/php.ini
