upgrade info for v 2.3

Have tried the demo site for version 2.3... I  looks great. I think I =
would like to the process of migrating from 2.2 to 2.3.. I haven't been
able to find the installation/upgrade documentation on the horde site. =
Could someone kindly point me to that URL ?
