[imp] help with ie 5.5 download issue

Using 5.5 on Windows 2000, this little 'test' area does *not* exhibit the
problem - either one of the links given below gets to downloading a GIF file
for me.

However, I am having the same issue with IMP/attachments/IE.  The only other
thing I can think of that hasn't been mentioned yet as a possible culprit is
that my installation of IMP is running on an mod_SSL-enabled Apache 1.3.14
server rather than plain http.  So maybe its something with IE & SSL
interacting.
