[imp] IMP2.3.6 -> Mail/rfc822.php missed?

ok, checked out the cvs with cvs -d
.pserver:cvsread@cvs.php.net/repository login, password phpfi and got
php4 with ... co php4.
called ./buildconf, but there were zend and tsrm missing, copied them
out of a former source-tree. called .configure and make install in pear/
and all went ok. 

able to send now and folders are now working, but ... this will continue
in the SuSE-Thread.
